A battery that stores energy is only half a system. The other half is knowing — at any moment — where the power is coming from, where it's going, what it's costing, and what it's saving. That's the job of the Energy Management System. Reachable from a phone app or any web browser, the LionCore EMS gives you one live window into the whole installation.

The overview answers the questions that matter first. How much is coming in from the grid and from solar, how much the loads are drawing, how much the battery is delivering, what the EV chargers are pulling — and, alongside it all, how much CO₂ you've avoided. The energy-flow view shows the path from generation through conversion to load at a glance, with live numbers on every leg.

The EMS isn't a passive display. The active control strategy is shown plainly, and you can change it on the fly. Switch from peak shaving to self-consumption, prioritise backup reserve, or move between manual and automatic operation — the system re-plans without anyone touching the hardware.

Take peak shaving as the example shown above: the EMS watches total demand and discharges the battery to shave the spikes, holding the grid draw under a ceiling so you avoid the costly demand peaks that drive industrial energy bills. The strategy runs automatically — but it remains yours to retune whenever conditions change.

Built on our IoT platform

One cloud, every site

The EMS dashboard is the storage-system face of the same self-built LionCore IoT platform that connects the rest of our range. Each container reports in over a secure link; you reach it from a phone or a PC browser, wherever you are. For a fleet of installations, that means every site in one place — live status, fault alarms, historical logs and remote control, without a site visit.
